Executives
All MCSS executives shall ensure the progress and positive spirit of the society, carry out duties as directed during an executive meeting, commit at least 3 hours per week to their position, and attend executive meetings and MCSS events. To nominate yourself for an executive position, please fill out a nomination form. Below are the MCSS executives for each academic year.

This executive is responsible for the overall operations and actions of MCSS. This includes, but is not limited to, serving as the Chief executive Officer for MCSS; serving as a signing officer of MCSS; serving as chair of executive Meetings; serving as the official spokesperson for MCSS; serving as representative for MCSS to sponsors and outside entities; monitoring and ensuring that the duties of the other executives are being met; and ensuring that the purpose and goals of MCSS are being upheld.

This executive is responsible for the financial operations of MCSS. This includes, but is not limited to, serving as the Chief Financial Officer for MCSS; ensuring the preparation of financial statements and budget recommendations; ensuring all bank transactions are correct and appropriate; preparing all financial aid request forms; and being responsible for controlling MCSS funds and cash flow.

This executive is responsible for the technology operations of MCSS. This includes, but is not limited to, serving as the Chief Technology Officer for MCSS; ensuring computer equipment and software required by MCSS are functional and upgraded; ensuring requests for computer equipment, software, and services are fulfilled; ensuring functionality communication systems between MCSS's executives, volunteers, and Members; and reviewing IT products and services for applications to MCSS.

This executive is responsible for the operations of MCSS relating to academics. This includes, but is not limited to, serving as the Chief Academic Officer for MCSS; ensuring the programs and courses offered by the Department satisfy the Students; creating academic resources and ensuring they are available to the Students; and providing career related support for the Students.

Volunteer Coordinator
This executive is responsible for the coordination of the volunteers of MCSS. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring awareness of the activities of volunteers; ensuring the recruitment of volunteers for MCSS; promoting volunteer opportunities to the community; and building the volunteer capacity of MCSS.

This executive is responsible for the production and coordination of MCSS's events. This includes, but is not limited to, developing event ideas and recommendations; ensuring detailed planning and programming of events; ensuring the high quality and excellent execution of events; and ensuring the recruitment of event volunteers.

Chief Visionary Officer and Advertising Director
This executive is a high-level adviser who serves as the Chief Visionary Officer for MCSS. This executive is also responsible for the spirit and publicity of MCSS. This includes, but is not limited to, developing promotional ideas and recommendations; ensuring that promotional material for MCSS's events, projects, and campaigns, are created; and ensuring the promotional material is properly distributed and displayed, and reaching its intended audience.
